Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe stay here was awesome so far. Everything is near by, my office is 5 min walking distance. Grocery, Parks, Stylists, Supermarkets. etc. Very neat and clean environment. Nice club house, and very cool work from home setup. Staff are nice friendly.

Highly recommend The Grant. Close to bart and the farmers market on Tuesday and Thursdays. Great layouts of the homes and the best spacious bathrooms with awesome shelving. Did I mention full sized washer and dryer

The best part of this apartment is the convenient location to the BART, shopping, errands etc. And we love the dining options that are walking distance too. The new amenities are a huge plus.

I was apartment hunting from SoCal and all the staff were very communicative when I had any questions during the entire application process. You can reach them by phone most of the time if they are not touring the area. The apartment is very nice and clean. Apartment has been pretty quiet and peaceful.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Grant South is a wonderful, and very quiet place to live. The Mgt team is very kind and quick to respond. The support staff at incredible. Kudos to Sal and all that he and the others do to keep this place safe and clean I am concerned about all the plants that have died in the Urban Garden that have died and have not been replaced..looks really drab and dreary. I’m also concerned about the increased smoking—both tobacco and marijuana—in our building. The odor triggers migraines for me and that makes it less than an enjoyable experience.

We' re sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with smoke-Can you please contact the leasing office to let us know where the smoke seems to be coming from so we can look at addressing this matter directly with the resident (s) that are violating out no smoking policy?
Additionally, the planets that died in the Urban Garden are being replaced as they were not appropriate for that amount of sunlight.
