Secondly, the community is brand new so almost every apartment is pretty much clean and unused including the amenities like the gym and the swimming pool. Due to the location of the community it might get a little noisy during the day but evening times are 90 of the times peaceful also it depends on the location of the apartment. Also, the rent is a bit high for the apartment sizes available here but for the community as a whole it is mostly worth it. Moreover, the Mt Diablo facing apartments have got some really nice views. Overall renting an apartment here is a good deal.
