Sometimes elevator fob doesn't work
Sometimes there's no one at the front desk
Security in 1776 is good but the guard has too much to cover to make building really secure Security guard is very friendly and helpful

The apartments are all new with beautiful designs and appliances. The amenities are state of the art and the surrounding neighborhood does not lack in restaurants, bars or fun activities. Would definitely recommend living at The Grant
