Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNitpick Elevator downs a lot causes inconvenience but the maintenance is also quick to respond so the wait time is not too bad. Quite neighbors most of the time but there was a time a group of people still talking loudly around 1 am at the 4rd floor bonfire area. I barely use valet trash service but I still need to pay for it. Can’t believe I spend 80 dollars a month just for trash.
Good Nice amenities and safe security. Maintenance is quick.

Just having little dilemma with thr appliances but as I said the maintenance staff has been doing a good job with their rapid response. Quiet living but could be loud sometimes. I really love going to the pool too, such a peaceful ambiance.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: NoSub-par mediocrity. My apartment was filthy even after the office allegedly said they sent cleaners. The day that I scheduled to move in my things the office said they didn’t have me on the books, even though I made the appointment weeks prior to moving in. This property is ridiculous, uneducated trash.

We are the first resident in our unit and we have noticed some defects. However staff was easy to communicate with to start a service order.
